With the Virtual Webcam feature you can play videos for your friends right through your IM client, put on a photo slide show while you are away from the camera, and the part I thing is the best you can even broadcast your computer screen over IM to show someone how to fix a computer problem on their own or have others help with design a website its like having a whiteboard in your IM. There is even a Fast Switch to toggle between the Virtual cam and the Live webcam.
Other cool features are picture in picture where you can choose two video sources from your webcam, recorded video, photos, or even your computer screen and show both at the same time. You can even adjust the size and placement of the PinP. Doodling lets you draw directly on your webcam image using pencil, eraser, and the color bucket so you can draw out your ideas over your image when working on items with a group and you can even save your doodle for use at a later time too.
